Ingredients & Quantities 

1 lb minced beef      1 onion, chopped

2.5 ozs oats             1 tsp garlic powder

Few drops of Worcester sauce

2 tbsp tomato sauce,   Salt & pepper to taste  

Method    

Mix together and put into a greased loaf tin. Cook at 325F, 170C gas mark 3 for 1.25 hours.
