Mince and Rice Casserole recipe.

1lb Mince beef
1 red and green pepper chopped
2-3 large mushrooms chopped
1 large onion chopped
 
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
3 cups of rice
½ pint of water
 
worcestershire sauce
sweet chilli sauce
salt and pepper to taste
 
Fry the onion, mushrooms and peppers together. In a separate pan fry the mince, add the tinned tomatoes to the mince along with a good dash of worcestershire sauce and chilli sauce.
 
Place all the ingredients into a large casserole dish, mix in the rice and water.
 
Place in preheated oven about 180 degrees. After half an hour stir, and add more water if it needs it.  Put back in oven for a further ½  half an hour.
