This is cut into pieces and we use to have it with pink custard,it is a hard like short bread.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're after, but I'd give it a go. These are basically chocolate biscuits, like shortbread, but covered in chocolate icing, which you could leave off. Should go well with the pink custard. Anyway, see what you think:
