by sophia on 03/03/2010 22:17

Hello people

I am after a possibly called chocolate tart recipe, from Denbigh High School, Luton, used to be a Friday dessert.

It was a pastry base with a yummy filling, but not sure what the filling was, it seemed creamy kind of choclatey but don't think it was and had ablob of cream on top....please can anyone help???

Thank u

Hi Sophia,

Was it definitely chocolate based? With the creamy mention it sounds like it might be Toffee Cream Tart - http://www.schoolrecipes.co.uk/index.php/school-dinner-recipes/34-desserts-puddings/104-toffee-cream-tart.html

If not, I'll keep my eyes peeled for a choccy one.

Cheers.
