| Vegetable Soup recipe Ingredients & Quantities3.5 Vegetable Stock Cubes1.5 Litres of Water60g of Margarine120g of Diced Onions120g of Diced Carrots120g of Diced Potatoes120g of Peas60g of Sweetcorn10g of Mixed Herbs60g of Plain Flour
 MethodlSweat the vegetables off in the margarine without colouring them.Add the herbs and season well.Add the flour and cook it out, stirring continuously.Stir in the made up stock gradually unti all of the stock has been used.Simmer for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened.
